We process and ship the order within 5-7 business days of receiving it, excluding holidays.

 

Shipping is free on all orders under Rs.1,000.​​

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We have a "no return no exchange" policy simply because of the nature of our products. In the odd case that you do not love your products, here is our policy on returns:

 

• For products damaged in transit or incorrect/damaged products received

 

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product with the order number within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We reserve the right to deny returns of damaged/defective or mismatched products if the complaint is found to be frivolous or baseless.

Please note, returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases: 

•  The return request is made after 7 days of receiving the product 

•   The product appears to be used or damaged 

•   The product returned is not in the same condition as it was received in

•   The product was purchased as part of a sale or any ongoing promotion

Shipping:

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs.75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
